How Many Meals Should You Eat?

Your daily calorie intake is what determines if you’ll lose, maintain or gain weight. You can eat as many meals as you want, all you need is focus on your daily calorie, take in count your daily schedule, pay attention to when you feel your best (type of foods you’re having and how you digest them, level of energy, hunger, mood...) I’m a strong believer that if you set habits that comfortable for you, you will sustain those habits more easily. 2 meals a day may be too little and 6 meals a day may be too much for some people. I used to eat 6 times a day, I honestly don’t think I could ever do that again. Having 3 meals suits my schedule and is how I feel my best. I usually have a large omelette and almonds for breakfast early in the afternoon, and two more meals later on (lean meat and fish as protein source, healthy fats and greens for fiber). *No carbs because Keto is ideal for me right now. Occasionally I get hungry in the morning and will adjust my portions if I decide to eat more often. My point here is that you’ve got to make it work for you. That is the only way you’ll succeed for a lifetime.
