Make-Ahead Smoothie Packs


Who doesn’t love smoothies! They are such a simple and healthy way to start the day.

You can prep them ahead to help yourself out on those busy mornings.

Simply bag and freeze your mix of fruits and veggies then add your protein powder of choice, and liquid such as water or almond milk when you are ready to make your smoothie.

Here are 3-ingredient tasty smoothie ideas that you'll never get bored from!


Peanut Butter Strawberry

1/2 cup frozen strawberries, 1/2 banana (sliced), 1 tablespoons peanut butter. Blend with 1/2 to 1 cup liquid and 1 scoop of whey protein (https://r3plife.com/products/whey-protein-vanilla-ice-cream)


Cherry Mango Yogurt

1/2 cup diced mango, 1/2 cup frozen cherries, 1/2 cup plain unsweetened yogurt. Blend with 1/2 to 1 cup liquid and 1 scoop of whey protein.


Raspberry Banana Chia

1/2 cup frozen raspberries, 1/2 banana (sliced), 1 tablespoon chia seeds. Blend with 1/2 to 1 cup liquid and 1 scoop of whey protein.


Cranberry Pineapple Spinach

1/2 cup pineapple, 1/2 cup cranberries, 1 cup spinach. Blend with 1/2 to 1 cup liquid and 1 scoop of whey protein. (Can substitute another berry for the cranberries.)


Banana Blueberry Chocolate

1/2 banana (sliced), 1/2 cup blueberries, 1 Tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder. Blend with 1/2 to 1 cup liquid and 1 scoop of whey protein.


Mango Berry Coconut

1/2 cup mixed berries, 1/2 cup mango, 2 tablespoons unsweetened shredded coconut. Blend with 1/2 to 1 cup liquid and 1 scoop of whey protein.
