PROTEIN MUG CAKE

- 20gr Chocolate Whey Protein

- 1tbsp Unsweetened 100% Cocoa

- Baking Soda (a pinch)

Instructions: Blend all the ingredients with a fork and microvware in a mug for 45-60 seconds.

Top with 16gr of Peanut Butter







PROTEIN CREPES

- 3 eggs whites

- 15gr Vanilla Whey Protein

- 1tbsp Grounded Flax Seeds

- Baking Soda (a pinch)

- 1/2 cup water

Instructions: Blend all the ingredients in a blender and pour thin layers in a crepe frying pan, and flip like pancakes. Top with "I can't believe it's not butter" Spray and Walden Farms Blueberry Syrup.




CREAMY CHICKEN PASTA

- 1 bag Tofu Shirataki

- Grilled chicken

- Steamed Broccoli

- 10gr Salted Ghee Butter

- Fat Free Slice American Cheese

Instructions: Mix all the ingredients in a frying pan.

- Ground turkey (Seasoning: chopped yellow onion, cloves garlic, himalayan salt, ground black pepper, chilly powder, paprika, low sodium chicken broth)

- Romaine Lettuce Leaves

- Mild Salsa

- Philadelphia Whipped Chive

- Shredded Fat Free Cheddar Cheese






AIR FRIED KETO POPCORN CHICKEN

- 1.5lb Chicken breasts

- 1/4cup Coconut Flour

- 1/2tsp Sea Salt

- 1/4tsp Ground Black Pepper

- 4 Eggs

- 2 1/2cups Pork Panko

- 1tsp Onion Powder

- 1tsp Paprika

Instructions: Mix coconut flour, salt and ground pepper. In another bowl, whisk eggs. In a 3rd bowl, mix pork panic, onion powder, garlic powder and paprika. Sprinkle the coconut flour mixture over cut chicken then add the chicken pieces in the egg wash. Then press uno pork panic mixture. Cook for 15min in the air fryer. Dip popcorn with honey mustard.
